Dholera Special Investment Region is made up of 22 revenue villages. Their land is what the region is being built on — every road alignment, land-use zone and Town Planning Scheme in the Development Plan is drawn across these 22 village boundaries. Which village a parcel sits in decides which TP Scheme governs it, what it can be used for, and how far it is from the part of Dholera that is already developed. This page lists all 22, what each is known for, and where to read more. Land here is governed by DSIRDA’s Town Planning process rather than the ordinary revenue-office route, and every scheme covering the region is still a draft.

Village boundaries decide which Town Planning Scheme applies to a parcel. Land-use zones decide
what can be built on it — and the two do not line up. A single village can carry residential,
industrial, commercial, recreation and agricultural zoning across different parts of its land.
Village areas, scheme membership and land-use zoning are taken from the DSIRDA Draft Development
Plan and the Draft Town Planning Scheme drawings for TP1 to TP6. All six schemes are drafts,
published under section 48(1) of the GTP&UD Act 1976 and section 17 of the GSIR Act 2009.
Verify parcel-level detail against sanctioned DSIRDA documents and current revenue records
before acting on anything here. Last updated August 2026.
